Q. I have not walked or taken exercise for many years so would I be able to do your walks?

THE ANSWERS

Anyone walking on their own in the hills should be able to read a map and use a compass. If you do get lost -don’t panic. Look for the safest way down to civilisation by taking a farm track or other signs of habitation.
